When Starglade Park Homes set out to become a name for the future in park homes a few years ago, we realised a gap existed in the market for a company that could not just deal with the day to day running of a park home estate, but one who would also take on major development of new parks. We also aim to improve living conditions on older parks, such as Smuggler’s Leap in Ramsgate, for existing residents, who are just as important to us as new customers.

We understand that buying a park home is a huge decision. In choosing the right park, the park owner is as important to you as your choice of the right home. Peace of mind comes as standard with every park home we sell as does a full sales service - ranging from visiting the manufacturers, to designing your specific home, through to moving in, or taking your current home in part exchange.

Our sales team is always on hand to take the strain out of one of life’s biggest decisions.

A free sales and marketing service is offered to all our existing residents should they want to sell. A list of second hand homes is available on request.

All our parks have a caretaker or manager who lives on the park and if you are elderly or disabled, residents help can always be arranged. Park maintenance is carried out by our own team of qualified contractors.

At Starglade Park Homes we are always on the lookout to extend our portfolio of parks and hope to own in excess of 20 parks within two years. However we do not buy just any park and we are sure you will agree our parks speak for themselves.

Starglade Park Homes are all fully accredited and licenced to provide Gold Shield 10 year warranty on all our new homes.

The Gold Shield Warranty offers protection in the unlikely event of any major defect in the structure if the park home for ten years. In addition, for the first year, the park home is completely covered to include every part, component, fixture and fitting.

All park homes covered by Gold Shield comply with British Standard 3632. Which specifies the minimum requirements to ensure the park home meets certain health and safety standards.
